Executive Search Services

Fees are generally based on gross annual income.

Depending on requirements, it is possible to agree on an individual flat-rate fee in advance.

Unless otherwise agreed between and the client, 1/3 of the fee is payable at the time of placing of order, 1/3 at the time of presentation of three suitable candidates (these are such who match the requirement profile and were invited to a job interview by the client) and 1/3 upon contract signed between the candidate presented by and the client.
